Bosphorus brilliance offers its products for sale and carries out its online commercial activity aimed at resellers and business operators of the sector. The customer can browse our website for the collections available for the order. There they will see the prices for each different variable of the same design, variables like gold Carat, Diamond color and clarity grades). It is possible to add items to the cart easily. There is a possibility to write additional notes for every added item. Minimum to order is for 5.000 eur.

Registration
To conclude a purchase contract on our website it is imperative that you be registered. The registration procedure requires that you fill in an electronic form with your personal data and e-mail address. Such data will be handled in full compliance with the current regulations in the matter of privacy protection. After registration, an invitation email will be sent to the customer where they will be asked to activate their account by setting a password. Such procedure guarantees the customer and visitor a totally anonymous identification. It will then be their care not to disclose their password to any third party.

Conclusion of the contract
The Contract entered between Bosphorus brilliance and the Customer must be agreed as concluded when the order forwarded by the Customer, in the respect of the purchasing procedure shown on the site, reaches the address of the site. After the customer sends us the order, we send him a confirmation email where we share a link to pay an advance payment (10% of the approximate total amount) which will be distracted from the total sum at the end, when the order is completed and real total value is calculated. The order will then be processed and typically takes 15 working days to produce.

Guarantees and product price indication
Bosphorus brilliance does not sell used, irregular or sub-standard products in comparison to those commonly offered on the market. The main features of the products are presented on our site inside each product sheet. However, the pictures and colors of the products on sale may differ from the actual ones due to variations in browser and monitor displays. The designs may differ very slightly from the picture. Final product will be highly polished. All of the diamonds come with either GIA or HRD certificates which indicate their true characteristics. The price of the items will change when there will be significant changes in the gold price. We try to keep our prices more stable, more predictable. Price per unit will be the same as when it was ordered and at the shipment period.

Methods of payment
The Customer may make the payment of the final price of the products and the relevant delivery costs by bank transfer. This is a safe payment method as it is made through a technology-safe server, ensuring all transactions are secure and protected.

Transportation and delivery
All orders will be executed in 15 working days and delivered in 5-8 working days starting from the following day on which purchase order is received. Bosphorus brilliance is not responsible for any delay in delivery which is totally independent from its commercial activity, hence exclusively due to Forwarding Agent or Courier, and in cases of force majeure. The shipments are done only after we receive the payment. We ship it using trusted cargo services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping duration may vary and typically ranges from 5 to 8 working days, depending on the destination. The shipping and insurance costs will be extra included in the total value in a separate line.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Consumer Code and gives the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 10 (ten) days. The right of withdrawal only applies to goods which are intact at the moment of return. It cannot be exercised if the goods were used or damaged. To activate the procedure of withdrawal please first contact our office which will provide complete instructions on how and where to return the goods.

Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, the defaulting party is obliged to inform the other party immediately. Should the force majeure continue for over one month, each party shall have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Enforceable Laws and Controversy Solutions
The General Terms of sale are ruled by the Turkish Law No:6563 on electronic commerce. Should controversies between Bosphorus brilliance and its Customers concerning the interpretation and the execution of these General Terms of Sale arise, these disputes are referred to the exclusive competence of the court of Istanbul (Türkiye)

Errors and inaccuracies
Bosphorus brilliance has the objective of providing constantly updated information on its site. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the site is free of any errors. It could contain typing errors, inaccuracies and omissions, some of which could refer to prices, products availability and to the product information sheet. Bosphorus brilliance reserves the right to correct the errors, inaccuracies and omissions even after an order has been sent and to change and update the information at any time without prior notification.

These General Conditions are rules by the Turkish Law. Bosphorus brilliance reserves the right to modify these General Sales Conditions at any time.
